Diet Chart

OBESITY

In breakfast:

  1. 1 Cup Skimmed Milk
  2. 1 Cup Oat or Papaya
  3. 1 Chapati
  4. 1 Cup Curd

In lunch:

  1. 2 Chapatis
  2. Green Vegetables & Salad

In evening 4:00 pm:

  1. Fruit & 1 Cup of Tea.

In dinner:

  1. 2 Chapatis
  2. 1 Bowl Dal or Green Vegetables & Salad.

VEGETABLES

Can take in plenty:

  1. Ladyfinger
  2. Bottle guard
  3. Green onion
  4. Cauliflower
  5. Cabbage
  6. Mashroom
  7. Brinjal
  8. Tomato
  9. Capsicum
  10. Radish
  11. Carrot etc.

Can be taken twice a week:

  1. Peas
  2. Sweet corn etc.

Avoid:

  1. Petha
  2. Boiled Potatoes
  3. Shakarkandi
  4. Chakundar etc.

FRUITS

Can take in plenty:

  1. Kiwi
  2. Papaya
  3. Apple
  4. Orange
  5. Apricots
  6. Watermelon
  7. Pomegranates
  8. Guava
  9. Pear
  10. Peanuts etc.

Can be taken twice a week:

  1. Cherry
  2. Pineapple
  3. Grapes
  4. Mango
  5. Banana etc.

Avoid:

  1. Melon
  2. Dry fruits
  3. Kishmish

SIMPLE TIPS

  1. Ghee, Butter etc. use in less quantity to cook the food.
  2. Sometimes you can use Nutrilite.
  3. You can take sugarfree tablets in tea.
  4. Avoid Gur and Sugar.
  5. Take whole fruits, avoid juices.

NON-VEG

  1. You can eat white chicken instead of red chicken.
  2. You can eat white part of the egg.
